Job Description (and a brief statement about why your setting is such a great place to work): We are looking for a Deputy Manager who will lead and role model high quality practice within the setting and step up in the manager’s absence. Monitor and support the staff team in providing high quality teaching and learning opportunities with effective completion of observation, assessment and planning processes. Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children at all times.
We need a dedicated, enthusiastic and caring individual with excellent communication skills who is able work on their own initiative.
The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the EYFS and be enthusiastic in their approach to teaching and learning. The ability to work as part of our team delivering flexible, high quality education and care that meets the needs of all children and their families. It is expected you ensure full compliance with our policies and procedures, Health and Safety legislation and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Hours: Part Time
Hours Details: term-time 8.15am - 3.30pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8.15am - 1.30pm
Desired Qualifications: All our staff are qualified to level 3
